Uganda Silverback

O.Henry's is proud to introduce our newest featured single origin coffee, Uganda Silverback. Grown in the Bulambuli region of Eastern Uganda at the foot of Mt. Elgon, this coffee is produced in cooperation with NKG Bloom, a global initiative which provides smallholder coffee farmers with financing, training, information technology, and market access. Their mission is lifting these farmers out of poverty by making their farming operations more profitable and sustainable. Named after the majestic gorillas which inhabit this region, Uganda Silverback is roasted to a sweetly balanced medium-light roast profile, featuring tasting notes of root beer, Rainier cherry, and toffee, with a rich, syrupy body.
